The Colquhonnie House Hotel is committed to developing and promoting high environmental standards in all areas of its business with the aim of progressively reducing the impact of its operations on the environment.

We aim :-

Comply with the relevant laws and regulations and take any additional measures we consider necessary including best practice.

Require all staff to exercise personal responsibility in preventing harm to himself or herself, other and the environment, and enable them to contribute to every aspect of safety, health and environmental protection.

Sustainability Policy

We will seek to promote sustainable development in everything we do, We endorse the 'Brundtland' and Caring for the Earth' definitions of sustainable development: meeting the needs and improving the quality of life within the carrying capacity of supporting ecosystems.

We aim:

Reuse, recycle or reclaim wastes and surplus materials wherever possible

Require subcontractors, and encourage staff and guests, to do the same

Promote the sustainable use of natural resources whilst using renewable resources wherever possible and encourage the use of recycled materials.
